24 questions

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in 14:00–23:00 and check-out before 11:00, per Hostelworld. Booking.com lists the same check-in; its rules box says check-out is “available 24 hours”, but its FAQ says 11:00.

There’s a 24-hour reception, but that isn’t 24-hour check-in: if you arrive after 23:00, message ahead on WhatsApp.

Is it adults only (18+)?

Yes: Hostelworld states all guests must be over 18. Booking.com shows both “children not allowed” and a generic “no age restriction” field, so we treat it as 18+ — confirm when booking.

What kinds of room are there?

We show four categories: double with air conditioning, standard double with fan, a bed in a 6-bed mixed dorm and a bed in a 4-bed shared room with bunks. Hostelworld and Booking.com don’t list exactly the same ones, so the hostel confirms the exact room.

Is there hot water? Do rooms have keys?

Reviews from April and July 2025 mention showers without hot water and, in one case, no key for the door. A June 2026 review praises the showers and lockers but doesn’t mention hot water. We can’t confirm it: if it matters to you, ask directly when booking.

Can I cancel?

It depends on the channel and rate. On Hostelworld: shared-room beds up to 48 hours before arrival and private rooms up to 72 hours before; after that, or for a no-show, at least the first night is charged.
